Biography

Lauren Fisher, J.D., is a Law Clerk with The Law Firm of Poppe & Associates,pending admission to both the Pennsylvania and New York State Bars. Originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Lauren joined the firm in 2024 after completing a Judicial Clerkship for a family court judge in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University, the Charles Widger School of Law. During her judicial internship Lauren found her calling in matrimonial law which she characterizes as her passion. Lauren honed her skills during her time as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Alita A. Rovito at the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. Throughout her clerkship, Lauren assisted in all stages of family law proceedings, gaining invaluable experience in complex custody trials, divorce settlements, and other emotionally charged cases.

While excelling in the fast-paced and often intense field of matrimonial law, Lauren understands the personal nature of family disputes. She’s committed to creating a supportive, approachable environment for her clients, balancing assertive legal representation with genuine compassion. With a deep respect for the sensitive issues her clients face, Lauren takes pride in empowering them, helping them feel heard, protected, and hopeful as they move forward. Willing to burn the midnight oil when needed, Lauren is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the thoughtful, thorough attention they deserve.

Outside of the office, Lauren is embracing life as a “New Yorker,” eagerly exploring the vibrant restaurants, music, and cultural offerings that make the city unique. In her spare time, she can often be found uncovering hidden gems around the city or spending time with friends, adding a touch of New York inspiration to her creative side, which she expresses through painting and sharing her style on Pinterest. Lauren is also on a quest for her dream apartment on the Upper East Side. Her hobbies keep her grounded and bring a fresh perspective to her work, allowing her to approach each case with creativity, resilience, and enthusiasm.
