Biography

Meet Anjali Sharma, legal assistant and paralegal with The Law Firm of Poppe & Associates. She joined the firm in 2023 in her first career-based job.

In her role as a paralegal, Anjali plays a crucial role in the firm by meticulously gathering pertinent case information to support the attorney in preparing cases. Whether it’s conducting in-depth legal research, skillfully drafting essential legal documents, efficiently managing intricate legal files, or actively assisting in trial preparation, Anjali seamlessly executes these tasks. However, her true passion lies in providing personalized care and attention to the firm’s valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with utmost dedication and professionalism.

Originally from Carmel, New York, Anjali graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Albany, NY. While in school, she worked with the school’s Student Association Government group. During COVID, Anjali worked as a Temporary Nurse Aid to help with the shortage of CNA’s in the healthcare industry during that time.

Anjali enjoys working with a group of strong-minded women at a firm she describes as “passionate, meticulous, and capable.” Her favorite phrase is “Embrace discomfort if you want to expand.”

Outside the office Anjali enjoys weightlifting, dancing, making and selling custom art pieces. She is hoping to make a trip back to India to visit her family in the near future.
